Steps to make Ocean Whale:

Step 1:

Draw the whale and the background on the A3 piece of paper.

Then- paint the whole of the background first with watercolour strokes going downwards from one side to the other.

Step 2:

Draw the whale again on a separate piece of A3 paper, cut it out with scissors leaving about half a cm around the outline.

Do this for the features of the underwater landscape: and place over the background.

Step 3:

Place all the drawn and cut landscape pieces over the the same features drawn.

Step 4:

Paint the features using warm colours.

Step 5:

Draw and cut and paint a crab, fish and seaweed, adding some sparkle.
